Human Resource Services is a Department within the Palabora Copper Human Resource Division.  We support and care for the most important resource, our Palabora employees. As the first point of contact for all employees, our aim is to deliver a professional service to create a lasting and positive experience for all.

We provide a one-stop HR support service to the larger business.  Our Recruitment Section is vital in ensuring the delivery of quality human resources to the business.  A variety of HR processes and methods are available to be used in screening and identifying suitable candidates.
